The context
BMMS sells and services generators, compressors and compressed-air treatment equipment for industry. Its buyers are maintenance managers and technical directors: people who compare kVA and flow rates before asking for a quote.
The problem
- An ageing, slow WordPress site with no up-to-date catalogue — invisible on Google while buyers were searching.
- Zero advertising, zero measurement: impossible to know how many requests came in, or from where.
- Technical products — dryers, filtration, kVA — the competition did not explain better, but did display.
What we did
- 01
The site rebuilt around the catalogue
Product sheets by family, search and filters, multi-product quote basket, an admin panel so BMMS updates it themselves. A power calculator to turn a phone question into a tool.
- 02
Meta to get known
Visuals of real job sites and compressor rooms, targeted at industrial decision-makers: awareness at 2.5 cents a visit.
- 03
Google to capture those already searching
Search campaigns by silo — generators, compressors, air treatment — with negative keywords to exclude residential queries and an Arabic ad group, because buyers also search in Arabic.
- 04
Tracking down to the request
Every quote request counts as a conversion in Google Ads and GA4, every form lands by email with its source campaign. Budget decisions are taken on what the site actually produced.
What it changes
An industrial machine sells for thousands of dinars. Against that: a few hundred dinars of advertising over the summer, and a buyer who finds BMMS before the others.
