The context
ZAHI PRO installs, maintains and modernises elevators, and sells spare parts from two branches, in Ben Arous and Nabeul. Its clients are building managers, developers, hotels and independent technicians — people who never buy on impulse.
The problem
- The need arrives suddenly: an elevator down, a building to equip. The client calls two or three names — the ones he remembers.
- A catalogue of 55 parts (boards, control panels, drives, cabins) invisible online, while technicians search by part number.
- No way to know where calls came from, hence no way to decide where to put the budget.
What we did
- 01
A site per trade, not a brochure
One page per need — goods lift, home elevator, accessibility, escalator — each with its pricing questions and a qualified form. The parts catalogue with real photos and quote requests.
- 02
Meta to stay present
Click-to-message campaigns and retargeting of those who already looked: when the breakdown comes, ZAHI is the name people remember.
- 03
Google to capture intent
Search campaigns on buying queries — “goods lift”, “home elevator price” — with call and form tracking wired before the first dinar.
- 04
Reporting the client reads himself
Spend, conversations, tracked contacts — by channel, month after month. When budget is discussed, it is discussed on shared numbers.
What it changes
In a market where people only buy when the need arrives, advertising does not create demand: it decides who gets the call. One signed job pays back the quarter more than twice over.
“We consider Apex Web Studio more than just our marketing agency, they’re a real partner in our growth. We started with our website, then moved to Meta Ads and Google Ads, and the work has been excellent every step of the way.”
